Happy NEW YEAR!!!!!! A new year means a fresh start. We will be learning about setting goals, making resolutions, forgiving others…  We are looking forward to another fun filled year!!!

 

 

Events

Pizza Party: Tuesday, January 10th we will be having our annual pizza party from 11:30 to 12:30 @ the Preschool. Please join us for some fun activities & come mingle with the other parents!  Please let us know if you are coming by checking off Attending or not Attending on the list posted in your child’s class. Check out last year’s pics.

Monthly Staff Development Seminar: Tuesday, January 17th CPR training @ 6:30 pm

Visitor:  Tuesday, January 31th A Surprise Guest is coming to read stories!  (Clue – this person wears the color red)

Field Trip:  Wednesday, January 25:  Chuck E Cheese  22940 Vanowen St. CP. (9:30 – 1:00) – Lunch provided.  Field trips are available for Busy Bees, Dragonflies, Penguins & Potty Trained Pandas  If your child is under 3yrs he/she may attend the trip if you or your spouse join us. Reminders

School Closed: Monday, January 2nd. Happy Holidays! And Monday, January 16th in observation of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. See all important dates here 

Winter time:  Please bring a new set of change of clothes for your child:  extra pants, long sleeve shirt, socks, and underwear.  Make sure to label everything.

Immunization Updates: Please remember to bring in your Yellow Immunization card for us to copy whenever your child gets any new immunizations.

General Mills Box Tops – Box Tops for Education:  Save your General Mills box tops!  We are collecting these near our sign in/out sheet in the office.  You can get these from products such as Cheerios, Nestle Juicy Juice, Huggies diapers, etc.  Every box top is worth points to convert into new toys and equipment.  Visit www.boxtops4education.com for more information.

Sign In & Out Sheets:  Please remember to sign your child in and out everyday.  The Department of Social Services (DSS) will levee fines to those who do not.  It is very simple to do.  Just make sure to use your full legal signature.
